If you’d like to caravan in with the club, here’s the plan;
We will be meeting at the Safeway at 3380 Coach Lane (just off 50 @ Cameron Park Drive) at 6:45 AM and leaving at 7:00 SHARP.
This should put us at or near the front of the line to get in. They will start letting cars in at 7:30 and the only way we’ll all be able to park together is to arrive at the same time.
If you arrive late or get separated from the pack, the entrance to the car show is the very first right-hand turn before you get to Red Hawk’s garage height warning. Once you make the right, you’ll make a left and then a very slight left turn to head to the 1st floor parking area. There is usually a sign, but at that time of the morning, it may or may not be in position.
Please register in advance. The registration link is on the calendar of our club website.
You may donate as much as you like (it is tax deductible) but a $20 donation is all that’s required to have your car judged in the show. You’ll see buttons for differing dollar amounts but on the second line, you’ll see a box next to the $1000 donation box where you can enter “$20”. Print your receipt and take it with you for the fastest registration at the event.
The parking area is completely covered so no hat or sunscreen will be necessary but bring your folding chair! It would be pretty cool if we were all wearing our 35th Anniversary shirts. Red Hawk also has food, drinks and restrooms inside the casino.
